Art Ribbon Cutting
Saturday, Oct. 2nd, 2021 | 9:30 AM
in the World Honey Market building at the swamp, we would like to invite you to join us in a special ribbon cutting to celebrate the first Arts and Music in The Swamp event, partnership with the Okefenokee Heritage Center, and official showcasing of artists. Following the ribbon-cutting, there will be art classes, live music, and food trucks to enjoy! Tickets and voting for Swamp Park Artist of the Year and $200 Cash Prize will still go on throughout the month of October with a pickup date of Friday 10/29. The Okefenokee Heritage Center will be judging art submissions for 2nd place ($100), 3rd place ($50), and honorable mention (ribbon). All art will be photographed to be featured in Southern Georgia Magazine’s Art & Culture Issue in Spring 2022.
