H.I.I.T Fitness In the Swamp

Come enjoy a HIIT class or high-intensity interval training at the Okefenokee Swamp! This training technique is designed so you will give one hundred percent effort through quick, intense, bursts of exercise followed by short recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up, burns more fat in less time, and builds muscle. The class will be led by Patrick Simmons, NASM certified personal trainer with Sweat Fitness. No equipment is needed for this sweat session in the swamp!
The goal is to keep you at a “high intensity” level of exercise to boost your conditioning and cardiovascular strength; help you slim down; burn calories and build muscle; improve oxygen and blood flow.
