Georgia Department of Public Health Temporary Food Service Establishment Application

A $50 fee on top of booth space cost will be charged to food vendors as they are required to pay the Ware County Health Department for a temporary permit upon setting up. Food vendors are required to download, complete, and send the Georgia Department of Public Health Temp Food Vendor Service Application to Kelly McDonner kelly.mcdonner@dph.ga.gov.

The Okefenokee Swamp Park in Waycross, Georgia is humbly inviting everyone to join in on the swamp fun as we celebrate 75 years of preservation of the beautiful oasis that is rich in history, culture, wilderness, adventure, and wildlife. We have packed the entire month of October with exciting events to immerse locals, surrounding communities, and new visitors to the swamp in!
